Shipping policy

INMORIES ships orders in the sequence they are received. Products on this website are either in stock or pre-order:

  • In-stock items: shipped within 3 working days after payment is completed.
  • Pre-order items: shipping time follows the pre-order terms stated at the bottom of each product page, and the actual arrival date is subject to those terms.
  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order is shipped once the pre-order items arrive.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. (Transit time is estimated from the dispatch date and is for reference only.)

This website supports convenience store pickup (7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life).
#Please make sure your details are correct. If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect recipient information, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email or in the order management section of your account on this website. When the status shows "Shipped", you can track the parcel on the carrier's platform:
